Refund policy
We do not accept returns or cancellations on any order.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please give us 2 days to respond to any inquiries - we are just two people with full time jobs outside of Bunney Mart. Your patience is very much appreciated!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have. You will be refunded once we receive your item.
Alternatively, you can wait until we have received your exchange and send your new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange. Keep in mind, that made to order items will take up to 14 business days to ship. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved and shipped your exchange, please contact us at info@bunneymart.com.
